The Raindance is a medium-sized transport helicopter that is found on Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. It is based on the Sikorsky S-70, the civilian model of the famous UH-60 Blackhawk.
It is used by the San Andreas Fire Department for probably rescuing and medical emergencies.
It is always set with permanent colors, which are white, yellow and blue. (Unless the Black Traffic/Pink Traffic cheats are on, in which case, only the blue stripe is truely permanent. In this respect it resembles both the U.S. Customs S-70s, used for border patrol and Anti-Narcotic Operations.)
