The "Scooter" is designed mainly for obese people and claims to have many emeneties to suit their needs, including a toilet underneath the seat. According to News broadcasts in the game, the scooter is changing people for the worst and many people of Liberty City are buying one and becoming obese and lazy. Despite it's frequent advertising and popularity, it is never seen being used by anyone in the game.
