The Remote Grenade is a weapon found in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. It is also known as the Detonator Grenade in GTA Vice City. The weapon is a normal grenade but detonation is not with a timer but with a remote Detonator. A glitch in the original PlayStation 2 version of GTA Vice City, occurs when having achieved completion; throwing a remote grenade makes the detonator remain in the inventory unless the player buys other weapons. This has been fixed in later versions. An other glitch occurs when the player walks through a security gate (Leaf Links, Escobar International Airport) then the detonator disappears.
