The following is a walkthrough of the Road Kill mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
Walkthrough
After Jury Fury, get to the ringing phone near the mall in Washington Beach. Answer the ringing phone and you'll be asked to kill Carl Pearson, a pizza delivery man. You need to kill him before he completes his delivery; however, his scooter is slow, making things easier. Follow the yellow blip. The counter runs down quickly so you must be fast to kill him. You can perform a drive-by on him or ram him to complete the mission. If you ram him, he will fall off in his moped; run him over a few times to ensure his death.
