The Royal Casino is located in The Strip, Las Venturas. Located beside the casino are The Camel's Toe and Caligula's Palace. It is not accessible and has the Multiplayer icon underneath the roof. This casino is where you have to save Madd Dogg from falling to his death. The name is obviously a parody of the 1953 James Bond novel Casino Royale.
