The Saint Mark's District of Liberty City in GTA III and GTA Liberty City Stories is in the Northeastern area of Portland Island. It is neighbored by Harwood, Hepburn Hieghts, and the Portland area. In the time of GTA Liberty City Stories, it is under complete Leone Family control. Don Salvatore Leone has his mansion - the main Leone base of operations - on the northeastern tip of The Saint Marks' District.
