The Benefactor Schafter V-12 is a luxury 4-door sedan and is available only in Grand Theft Auto IV. It is based on the Mercedes-Benz W220 or 1999-2006 Mercedes-Benz S600.

One special version of this car is black and has black rims, also based on the Mercedes Benz W220 or 1999-2006 S65, one of the two AMG models for the S-Class. Both of these are 6.0L V12s, and the Schafters have a V12 insignia on the side, though the Schafter has a 6.5L.

The Schafter could be considered one of the most luxurious cars in the game considering its looks, along with the Cognoscenti.

This car handles fairly well, though it may seem a little big. It has considerable speed once it's worked up to a point.

-Who ever changed my definition of this car saying their is no S-class AMG models and saying the Schafter is based on S500, they're wrong, the s500 is a V8, it is based on the S600 which is a V12.
