Schafter

The Benefactor SchafterV-12 is a luxury 4-door car and is available only in Grand Theft Auto IV. It is based on the W220 or 1999-2006 Mercedes Benz S500.

There is one special version which is black and has black rims, this car is based on the Mercedes Benz W220 or 1999-2006 S500 as well. There is no AMG model for the S-class.

Both of those Mercedes are high performance V12s, and they match the cars in the game because all Schafters have a V12 insignia on the side.
