| In GTA III, a school was meant to be featured in the game, complete with children and and [[School Bus]]es around the area. It was planned that the school would be destroyed[[File:Betaschool.jpg|thumb|The School in the beta (Right).]]under [[Darkel]]'s orders to [[Claude]], having him rig a School Bus with a bomb, park it beside the school and blow it up. Due to the mission involving the deaths of children, and the fact that children were in the game, the school along with everything linked to it were taken out of the final version of GTA III.

| *The school was planned to be where the Old School Hall is (see the mission - "[[Luigi's Girls"]]. The Beta images show that it had bright walls and plants around it; similar to an elementary school or pre-school. Since the beta it was changed to a ballroom.
