The screwdriver first appeared in Vice City as a melee weapon from the store Screw This. As D.I.Y is not present in any GTA game, the screwdriver is used as a weapon that can be jabbed through a victims abdomen eventually killing them. The screw driver can be bought at most hardware stores for a lowly price of 10$.
