The Shady Palms Hospital is a hospital in Vice Point, Vice City, in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. It is one of the four hospitals in Vice City and two of the hospitals on the Vice City Beach, the other one being located in Ocean Beach. The hospital is located north of the El Swanko Casa Safehouse and is only a short walk away. If the player gets wasted in the northern half of Vice Beach, the player will automaticall respawn in front of the hospital, at the cost of their weapons and $100 in cash. In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, the player can pay $2000 to get their weapons back. An Ambulance and a health pickup are usually found at the front entrance of the hospital.
