Sir, Yes Sir! is a mission in GTA Vice City in which Colonel Juan Garcia Cortez asks protagonist Tommy Vercetti to steal a tank and take it to his lockup in Little Havana.
This is the mission which opens up the west half of Vice City to the player. When taking this mission, a message is played on the radio saying that the hurricane missed Vice City and that its bridges are open, and the barricades preventing the player from accessing the west island are removed.
