The Skimmer is a seaplane based on the Dodo design. It first appeared on Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, being the only flyable plane in the game. The plane has made a comeback in San Andreas and Vice City Stories. It is probably the worst plane on the game, having the tendency to stall easily. While its amphibious nature is beneficial in San Andreas, in Vice City exiting the aircraft in water could be fatal, as the protagonist, Tommy Vercetti can't swim.
Locations
