The Spand Express is a special version of the Mule in GTA: Vice City. It can only be found in Ken Rosenberg's missions Jury Fury and Riot, being Jury Fury the easier to grab it. It also appears in Dillimore in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The name of the company is a play on FedEx.
