Starfish Island is home to the rich of Vice City and is a small island in the middle of the city. Whether those people accumulated their wealth legally or not is a different story. It was the home to Ricardo Diaz and his gang, the Diaz Gang, until 1986 when they were both gang and leader taken over by, Tommy Vercetti, and the Vercetti Gang. There are two specially-shaped swimming pools on the island in the yards of 2 mansions; a Rockstar logo and a bikini clad woman.
