Based in Vice City circa 1984, the store occupies a two-storey space on the southeastern wing of the Vice Point Mall in Vice Point, each floor catering to a specific gender: "T&A (for) Men" on the lower level, and "T&A (for) Women" on the upper level. While featuring visible interiors on both floors, T&A is inaccessible nor interactive. Shoppers at the mall can also be seen carrying T&A Women bags.
