TW@ Internet Cafe is an internet café that appears in Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and Grand Theft Auto IV. The name 'TW@' is pronounced 'twat'.
In GTA: LCS it is only just being constructed. Its posters state - "Come and see the grand opening of TW@". In GTA IV, the player can actually use TW@ to access the internet, as opposed to it just being a set piece.
In GTA IV the TW@ internet cafe is fully interactive, there are 5 or more interactive websites and over 100 normal websites. In GTA IV internet is introduced in the mission 'Out Of the Closet' a mission given by bruice to find and kill a gay man on www.lovemeet.net, a in-game internet dating site.
