I'm getting The Ballad of Gay Tony tomorrow, and I still play the oldies, like Grand Theft Auto III, Vice City, San Andreas, etc. But to answer your question OG Loc wants to kill as soon as he's realeased because he wants to prove himself to the Grove Street Families and make his mark as a "badass".
