We should determine, whether is the given object military base or Phil Cassidy`s private possession. I have not seen any references to military in Arms Shortage mission. In many pages here base instead written as Phil's Army Surplus business. Was it mentioned as a military base in missions of taxi driver/Vigilante/Fireman? If not, article should be renamed to 'Phil's Army Surplus' and should be cleared from all of references to military. We should determine, whether is the given object military base or Phil Cassidy`s private possession. I have not seen any references to military in Arms Shortage mission. In many pages here base instead written as Phil's Army Surplus business. Was it mentioned as a military base in missions of taxi driver/Vigilante/Fireman?
