There is simply no practical use to split when 1) The amount of information in this page isn't long enough to justify a split, and 2) there is little to no further information on these characters besides being selectable player characters; there is no way the sub-pages can be expanded any further and will only continue to be a waste of space and time.

+:I've always thought that anything about the series should have its own article, even if the articles are short, simply because the subject of the wiki is the GTA series. The articles need little attention being a game before GTA III, and articles should be maintained by staff when an edit is made by another user, so that shouldn't be a problem anyway.
