U.L. Paper will give you a call to tell you that Darko Brevic has entered Liberty City.

The game will automatically call Roman. Roman will say that he wants to be with you during the best day of your life. Pick up Roman and take him to the airport runway. Walk into the marker, and U.L. Paper's security drops off Darko Brevic tied up.

At this point, you can kill him, execute him, or let him run away. If you want to kill him, use any weapon and repeatedly fire at Darko's stomach. To execute him, take out a pistol and aim it at his head. Then press the fire button to see Niko unload twelve bullets into Darko - one for each of the men he betrayed.

However, Roman recommends you let him run, so walk away from Darko and he will run away. This is the best revenge for Darko.

When you beat this mission on the XBox 360 version you get the achievement "that special someone" and get 10 gamer points.
