The Commission is made up of the five original Mafia families in Liberty City in GTA IV: the Gambetti Family, the Messina Family, the Lupisella Family, the Pavano Family and the Ancelotti Family. The Commission is the Mafia families' means of discussing any problems between them; their meetingplace is in Little Italy, Algonquin.
