The Commission

The Commission is made up of the Five Families in Liberty City: the Gambetti Family, the Messina Family, the Lupisella Family, the Pavano Family and the Ancelotti Family. The Commission is where the mafia families discuss problems between their Crime Family; they are located in Little Italy.
