The Commission

The Commission is made up of the Five Families in Liberty City: the Gambetti Family, the Messina Family, the Lupisella Family, the Pavano Family and the Ancelotti Family. The Commission is where the mafia families discuss problems between their Crime Family; they are located in Little Italy. The Pegorino Family are trying to gain a place in the Commission, (such as giving gifts to the Pavano Family), but because of the Pegorinos status in the Commission as a lowly 'South Alderney gang' and the boss, Jimmy Pegorino, as a 'joke' (due to his amateurish thugs and clumsy running of a gang) the partnership is unlikely.
