The High Roller is a casino located in The Strip, Las Venturas. The High Roller is situated between Pirates In Men's Pants and The Pink Swan. The casino is based on Bally's in Las Vegas, Nevada. The casino is, sadly, not accessible to the player. The High Roller is unique for having an escalator and a moving walkway.
