The High Roller is a casino located along The Strip in Las Venturas, San Andreas. The High Roller is situated between Pirates in Men's Pants and The Pink Swan. The casino is based on Bally's in Las Vegas, Nevada. The casino is, sadly, inaccessible to the player. The High Roller is unique for having an escalator and a moving walkway.
