The Trouble With Triads is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories given to protagonist Toni Cipriani by Salvatore Leone from his home in the Saint Mark's district of Portland Island, Liberty City.
Mission
Toni drops by Salvatore's, with Salvatore just about to take his new car out for a spin with wife Maria. Before he drives off, Salvatore instructs Toni to pick up a large amount of money from a Leone warehouse at Callahan Point, as he can only trust Toni.
As Toni reaches the warehouse, however, the Triads use explosives to blow up the warehouse, setting the remains of the building on fire. Toni manages to save all the money before they are burnt up and kills a number of Triads, who flood in to try to kill Toni. As Toni head back to Salvatore's mansion, more Triads will take chase. The mission is complete once Toni reaches Salvatore's place.
Script
Toni Cipriani: Hey, Sal.
Salvatore Leone: Toni! What do you think of the new car? She's a beauty, huh? Fully loaded, top of the line.
Maria Latore: What's that smell? ...oh, yeah, Mid-Life Crisis!
Salvatore Leone: Shut up! Toni listen. I got a shit load of money that need to be picked up from my warehouse down at Callahan Point. I don't trust anyone else to do this.
Maria Latore: Are you girls gonna talk all day, or are we driving?
Salvatore Leone: God-damn it woman! Did I tell you you could speak?
(Toni enters the warehouse gate.)
Leone: Hey Toni! Com esta?
Triad #1: Come on! Hurry up!
(The Triads plant the explosives)
Triad #2: Okay...
Triad #1: Let's go!
Reward
The reward for completing the mission is $1,500 and unlocks the mission Driving Mr. Leone for Salvatore Leone.
