The Turismo is a car based off of the Ferrari F40. Although the real car is mid-engine rear-drive, the Turismo is mid-engine all-wheel-drive. Regardless, it is one of the fastest and best handling cars in the game, it has only appeared in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas so far.
