Meet up with Avery at his [[Vice Point]] construction site to help with an unexpected business opportunity. Carrington, after introducing you to his protégé [[Donald Love]], tells you that "nothing brings down real estate prices quicker than a good old-fashioned gang war - 'cept maybe a disaster, like a biblical plague or something, but, that may be going too far in this case". He also tells you that a [[Old Haitian Ganglord|Haitian gang lord]] was recently killed and the Cubans are the main suspects. Carrington tells you that he is going to make sure that the Haitians know the Cubans are responsible by having you dress as a Cuban and crashing the funeral and killing the [[New Haitian Ganglord|new ganglord]]. 

After the cutscene with Carrington finishes, you are given this instruction:

Folow the t-shirt blip [[File:Tshirt-GTAVC-icon.png|16px]] on the radar to find the [[Little Havana Streetwear & Tattoo Parlour]]. Once you arrive there, walk into the pink marker to start a cutscene. During the cutscene, you are introduced a new outfit, the [[Havana Outfit]] You will then be given new instructions:

Drive to the shack yard in the middle of [[Little Haiti]] and park the car next to the wall seperating the [[Well Stacked Pizza Co.]] store from the shack yard. Jump on top of the car and arm yourself with an assault rifle. Gun down the Haitan ganglord and get back into the car. 
The wall will ensure that the Haitians cannot shoot you. Get out of Little Haiti to complete the mission.
