Tyrone Hancock

Tyrone "The Tower" Hancock is a 46 year old former basketball player who played for the Liberty City Penetraters during the 1980's, untill he was thrown out of professional basketball in 1985 for testing positive for 9 different illegal narcotics. He has a history of alcoholism, drug abuse and petty crime and also has a long list of convictions spanning eleven years from 1986 - 2007 including those for drunk driving, public lewdness, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and posession of several different drugs, most notably heroin. His most recent arrest was in Middle Park for drunken behaviour which culminated in him french kissing a homeless man.
