Data Files

Hey. A while ago we were talking about uploading data files (such as handling.cfg) to this wiki. We've figured out our structure now - they should be subpages of the page about that file. So Handling.cfg/GTAVC as a subpage of Handling.cfg, and the same for Carcols.dat and others. As for categories, I think we'll stick with the main Category:Data Files category for now, but where there are lots of different uploads, (eg 10 different handling.cfg files) then they probably deserve their own category (and only the main article should be in the Data Files category).
