:Basically, when I need a game I just look around and find a game that has been reviewed for having a good storyline as well as good gameplay etc. Mostly third person, but there are no rules that I set for the games I buy other than storyline. Oh, and I play games for fun. (Xbox Live's recreational category). Hope that helps!

:There is one other thing. The only reason I ever bought a Wii is because it looked good, I don't know if you own one but if you don't, trust me, it's not good. My games are on proper (controller) consoles. And people who tell you Wii gives you exercise (I have friends like that), it's an excuse, because that is no type of exercise and I keep active outside, not by playing games. I don't like sport, I don't use sort to keep active. I find my own way. :What I meant was that the save game does not need to be on a USB Mass Storage Device (USB Drive, Zippy, Thumb Drive, Memory Stick, whatever else you want to call it), but just on the console itself (like it always is). I also said that backing up your save game (on to another form of removable media) is a good habit, that I always follow. Hope that makes sense! == Maybe the Save Game Won't Work ==

Yesterday I went to play GTA IV for the first time in ages, it told me You did not create this save game, it cannot be loaded. That's four completed storylines and one file well on it's way to 100%. That's annoying. Luckily I have a "secret" account on my PS3 (I have a James account and a GTA IV account) so I had a backup which works. It's scary to think what could have happened though, I have no idea why it would say that anyway! == The Internet ==

Hi there! It's been quite a long time! I was checking out Wikipedia and the Xbox 360 support website and I found the reason my GTA IV disc had recieved some circular scraches all around the disc!(they were a large ring). Apparently, Microsoft(the blokes who make the Xbox 360) said that the reason why discs recieved circular disc marks was because some people had been playing the disc with the console upright(that means the "on" button on the button and the disc tray on the right side). Somehow, I'd been playing GTA IV with the disc playing in that console position! But, right now I can't really get a new disc. My local HMV(HK'S version of Gamestop and a movie store combined) hasn't got a stock of GTA IV. So, until a new shipment comes I'm stuck playing Midnight Club LA(Mind you, It's made by Rockstar also and is good!). Fast Lane 04:56, 8 March 2009 (UTC)

Poll Problem
Hi there! I just have a problem with GTA Wiki's create a poll system. When I type in a second choice, another line doesn't appear? Is there a limit you can choose on how many lines you want? Fast Lane 00:48, 5 April 2009 (UTC)

:Sorry for the delayed reply, I haven't been on here for a few days. The maximum amount of choices is ten, so I don't know why it's stopping after two. I will check it out soon! == Date Problem(GTA IV) ==

Hi there. I just have a problem with one of the girlfriends you can date in GTA IV. Currently, I'm with Alex Chilton and somehow if I do any sport activity(pool or darts) she doesn't ask to go home. Is there anything to fix this bug?

Backing Up Save Games
Sorry, but no I can't help you, as I don't have a 360 (so I don't know what to do). But I can give you a guide. On the PS3 in the Cross Media Bar, I go to the "Games" section, and choose Save Games (or something like that). Then I scroll down to the save game I want and click the options button (which in the case of the PS3 is X). The choices I get are copy and delete. Obviously the one you want is copy (but remember, this is just a guide and on the 360 it will be different), so with some kind of storage device inserted into a USB slot on the console choose copy, and choose where you want to save it to. Hope that helps! BTW, I'm getting close to 100% in GTA IV (keep in mind that I haven't been playing real often and that I played another game in between, not to mention the fact that my PS3 got stolen before I even finished the storyline the first time), and last night, I thought I had only played for like an hour, I actually played for six hours. I couldn't believe it, I NEVER play for more than two hours at a time! Where do you mean to save it to? The new disc or another account? Fast Lane 12:38, 16 April 2009 (UTC)

:Anywhere is fine, but I go for the removable media so that if anything happens to the system, the save game still exists. Biggest GTA Fan EverTalk 22:56, 16 April 2009 (UTC)

RE: How To
I'm assuming that by copying the same game, you meant save game. I don't really know because I've never used a different disk with the same save game. But I can't think of any reason why the console would recognise it as a different disk, the only possible problem being the GTA IV update patch that was released ages ago (that would now be just a part of the disk for new disks, making the patch that's already on your console irrelevant (if you ever downloaded it, which you would have had to if you played online?)).  But the game would probably just ignore that (or better yet, you could delete it), and even with that, it would only affect the game, not the save game, so there is no reason that the game shouldn't recognise a save game. The save game knows if it's on the console it started on (at least on PS3), but I don't know about the disk. Just turn it on, and if it does start a new game for some reason, try and load. tell me how it goes! :It turns out copying isn't needed on a Xbox 360! I just put in the disk, and my previous game started up again! I just have something in my head I need to ask to you, it's about Stevie's Car Thefts. Do you need to complete "Babysitting" along with all of Ray Boccino's missions to unlock them?Fast Lane 07:30, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

::Huh, I never said that you needed to copy it for it to work with a new disk. The reason I copy my save games is in case something happens to my console (like when it got stolen, I didn't have to start again, I just had to go back a few missions to the last time I copied my save game). As for Stevie, I don't know. Why would you have to complete Ray Boccino's missions? He has no connection to Stevie. And according to the Stevie's Car Thefts page, they are unlocked after Smackdown for Derrick McReary (but depending on how quick you start the next mission, you might not get the phone call after straight after Smackdown, and Babysitting is the next mission for Derrick, which explains why you got it after that mission). Biggest GTA Fan EverTalk 07:37, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

Well, I haven't got the call from Brucie. I have completed his Exotic Imports and "Smackdown". Even though I turned off the sleep mode for my cell phone, it still doesn't come upFast Lane 07:43, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

:I don't use autosave because something that I've always done since I started playing GTA games was not saving after deaths so it doesn't save the deaths in the stats or take the money off me, and with autosave you have no choice. So I save on the bed after every mission (so if I die in the next mission I don't have to do both again), which advances time by six hours. So I pretty much always get phone calls when I'm supposed to (after I save), whereas other people might have to wait, it might even be a few more missions before enough time passes (and if you keep turning it on and off without doing the next mission, it means it never saves and time never advances, keep that in mind)! Hi. I've managed to unlock Stevie's Car Thefts in a way I found on the internet. I did Ray Boccino's A Long Way To Fall to unlock the Aldereny Safehouse, then I got the call from Brucie about Stevie. Then I did Babysitting and I got my first message from Stevie. It turns out you need to do all of Brucie's missions(including Exotic Imports), obtain the Alderney safehouse AND do Smackdown. Thanks for your help though.
