The store, in Vice City, is one of the fifteen stores that must be robbed for 100% completion. Whilst in Vice City Stories Smiley #9 can be found in the store. The name is a reference to the hit single "The Final Countdown" by Swedish rock band Europe - the song was released the same year Vice City was set in.
