The second mission given to Claude by Love is to initiate a gang war between the Yakuza and the Colombian Cartel. To do so, Love tells Claude to steal a Colombian gang car (again), drive to top of the multi-story parking lot in Newport, and kill Yakuza Waka-Gashira Kenji Kasen. Claude drives to the top of the parking structure and runs and guns down a few Yakuza soldiers, including Kenji Kasen, then drives out of Newport and ditches the car somewhere secluded. Claude is rewarded $30,000 for his services. On an interesting note, the game does not require you to complete Kenji's missions before attempting this one, ultimately cutting down Claude's story considerably.
