I think Capitol City is a good place for GTA 5 . Who agrees with me? | I think Capitol City is a good place for GTA 5 . Who agrees with me? - Peter13
Washington DC I presume? If so, you are correct. And why stop at just D.C? Why not do Maryland (in particular Baltimore) and Virginia as well? Maybe even West Virginia and Delaware? Doubt it highly doubt it there gonna stay in the GTA world for now Like | Doubt it highly doubt it there gonna stay in the GTA world for now Like Vice City, San Andreas, Liberty City, and maybe Carcer City but in the future they should make and develope new cities counties ect.--Roman bellic 00:41, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
If so, GTA will quickly become dull and repetitive. The new SA and VC, if they come, would be fun and all, but in all honesty: if they just end up redoing LC, SA and VC, one of GTA's strong points, the cities, will soon turn into a series weakness. London and the DC region have so much potential, even though parts of the DC region in particular will need a bit of extra crime in their GTA rendition. I think that a DC area would be cool. But I think a New England fisherman setting would be cool to. Conneticut. They should also include Bullworth on the setting because, just as Jimmy Hopkins says in Bully, "Bullworth Academy, the home to real scum. Arms dealers, drug runners and corporate lawyers. --PBello 19:15, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
The only problem I can think of is that the Potomac is mentioned in GTA IV and it is implied that DC was set up there, thus that DC is actually a real city in the GTA universe. Mind you, that doesn't mean one based on it can't exist, in San Andreas there are numerous references to both New York City (K-Rose), California and LA on the radio (Bounce FM)...C-d-rom 16:16, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
I love the idea. How about presidential assassination in the final mission (Throwdown)? HuangLee 01:47, 15 June 2009 (UTC)
HAHA, you know I came up with that idea. Peter13
I think, rather than a presidential assasination, there should be a plot in which you save the president, or assasinate a corrupt member of the opposing party. I think D.C would make a lovely setting for a new GTA, but it isn't really a city filled with criminals. Except for the politicians, of course. I'd say no although it would make a list of possible considerations maybe top 5, but I'd love 2 see Chicago or Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, you know some grittier and tougher than d.c. and all it's political mush. I see enough of that crap on the news. Or Carcer City's own James Earl Cash from Manhunt throwing down in a different place post Manhunt.--the MF'n Kriminal 07:08, 5 August 2009 (UTC) |
