(Franklin arrives at City Hall and, seeing no one has turned up for the smoke-in, phones Barry)

Franklin Clinton: Where you at, Mr. Revolutionary?

Barry: What?

Franklin Clinton: The smoke-in. I'm at City Hall. I'm the only fool here.

Barry: Ar, uh, uh yeah, hm hmm. Oh, shit. Ah yeah, yeah. I'll be right there. I, uuuh, I didn't forget, I was busy. Uh, busy, that's it... fight the power.

Franklin Clinton: Motherfucker.

(Franklin ends the phone conversation)

Franklin Clinton: Flakey motherfucker, I shoulda known.
