Roxor International is a skyscraper located in the Downtown area of Vice City. It's name is similar to Roxor Games, a video games developer. It is not accessible to the player nor is the top roof, mainly because of the limited Helicopter ceiling height and the lack of a front enterance.

Trivia

• Roxor's logo is similar to that of Rockstar's. In fact, Roxor might be the GTA equivalent of Rockstar Games.
