Does the one who made this even know what a cartel is? If you don't, go look it up, I can't really explain in English...
And anyways, we don't even know if Frickie is part of a gang(/cartel). It seems to me that he is just one guy who has hired a lot of bodyguards to protect him.

I think it should stay, the gang does exist, but I'm not so sure about them being African-American's, or a cartel, more of a gang of arms dealers.--Gta-mysteries 03:04, June 3, 2010 (UTC)

I think someone is just spamming by putting up these pages. There is no such thing as the Hardenburg Cartel or the South Bohan Drug Crew. I wouldn't be surprised if after this gets deleted (if it does), they'll make a page about how Niko Bellic is the leader of "The Serbian Mafia".
