I won't discuss our spam-protection measures in public, for security reasons. But bearing in mind we have visitors from all over the world, a question-based captcha might not be the best solution, as many people would find the questions difficult to answer accurately. A math or type-the-letters one is more universal. Many of the spambots have a method to circumvent it completely which is why they manage so easily. I'll consider your suggestion though, thanks!
