Donald tells Claude to get a [[Cartel Cruiser]] and run over the co-leader of the Yakuza, [[Kenji Kasen]], without leaving the vehicle. Claude drives to the car park in [[Newport]], runs over Kenji and escapes Newport. Claude then must dump the Cartel car into the ocean, erasing any evidence, to prevent the Yakuzas from framing Claude for assassinating Kenji.
