What i didnt like was the fact that all of these marvelous attractions were in the game yet useless. I mean, why build a 3 AWESOME skateparks but no bikes or skateboards to use with them. Same with the roller coaster, and the go carts. It feels like this game could have been so much, Just like San Andreas in the sense that it felt organic because there was so much to do, just like a real city. The best part of 4 wasn't missions. It was stopping and walking around. Walking though Middle park with a hotdog, listening to conversations. This game could have and should have been much better
{{Gripe}} Two gripes here. The first is that the game seems very scripted, everything is planned in advance. Youre just a bystander in a movie clip it seems, and nothing you do changes the outcome. Secondly theres the game physics. Although, in theory, more realistic than in III era, it seems that every moves like theyre drunk, getting knocked over or pushed aside by the slightest touch. As does Niko. Car physics are too spungy and have almost no grip and feel loose.

:{{Rebut}} Firstly, that is called a story-line. Second, go do what Niko does, drive around really fast in crappy, beater cars. You will see that there is no reason to gripe.
