Oh, come on, Im really sure its the same character: Both of them work for an unknown goverment agency, they use the same suit, its hair is similar, and even if he is known serbian it might be he just knows the language, or simply he lied. All the differences might be by the fact that 15 years have passed since San Andreas, and even if R* said these are different eras there are a lot of similarities between them. | |||
