Missions in TLAD/GTAIV

thanks, i know that but i mean the ones that have to do with it, like the final mission of TLAD has to do with the mssion where Ray thinks Jhonny stole his diamonds and Niko kills Jim, or where Jhonny kidnapps Roman,and Niko goes saves him
