Model

In Clean Getaway, the tramp that Vlad pushes away is a unique model. Its name is "cs_tramp." In TBOGT, its name is "cs_tramp2." Both their models are extremely similar. This is enough proof for me that Jerry was the tramp seen in Clean Getaway.--Spaceeinstein 17:48, July 17, 2010

Yes, but "for me" confirms that's your own personal opinion, and not explicit confirmation. Unless one of the game developers confirms they are the same person, since the games don't say so, we can't be 100% sure and thus it's still speculation.
