According to this page, completing this mission doesn't unlock any other missions, but the nature of LCS means that every story mission has to be completed to get to the end of the game (none of them can be skipped like in some earlier games), so every mission must unlock another mission otherwise you wouldn't have to do it. This mission clearly doesn't unlock anything on its own, so it must be combined with at least one other mission to unlock a future mission. The problem is, I have no idea which missions they are, and I don't know any way of finding out without starting a new game and leaving this mission until the last possible point in the story.
