Claude doesn't speak, not even in this mission

Can anyone confirm the trivia point that Claude says "Hey Joey" in this mission? I played the mission walkthrough a few times very loud, but didn't hear Claude's sentence. I also checked in game audio folder. Every dialogue from that mission is recorded, apart from Claude's.
