Brian Meech

Brian is a minor, random character found on the streets of Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV. He is a banker and a major crack addict, and despite his Ivy League education, he has stooped to the lowest levels for his addictions, giving oral sex for crack. Later on while doing more of his side missions he will tell your that he is stopping his crack dealing and starting new in a 9 step recovery in which he talks to some of his old drug buyers and ask them to forgive and for get which they don't after you beat the men down you take Brian home and he pay your $200 for your troubles
