And can easily be spotted on the right hand side from the [[Algonquin Bridge]] if you're headed towards [[Broker]]. On the south side of the building the is an plumber advertisement. and on the ground floor the is an [[RON]] gas station. the RON station is not in use, but the pump's is explosible. the lower building is for lease.
