#204. I think the story should be about a caucasian male living in Liberty City after leaving the midwest US, trying to "Make it big in the Big City." Like in San Andreas, it needs to have fighting moves, but more realistic. Like roundhouses, uppercuts, etc. There needs to be a mode called "Realism Mode", where you can switch on features that seem more realistic to crime, like being seen having a knife out by a cop is an automatic one star, pistol is two, shotgun/grenades/molotovs is 3 assault rifle is 4, sniper is 5, and RPG, Minigun, Flamethrower, etc., is an automatic 6. If going past cars at high speed, you either 1. slow down, and start a speech minigame with the cop. If you win, you get off scot free, lose, either you get a fine, or if you were rude to the cop, you are automatically sent to jail. 2. Continue to speed with out pull over, you are chased down by the cops with a 2 star wanted level. If you kill a civilian, it's an automatic 5 star.
