Less body roll on vehicles, sports cars should have very little body roll and big trucks and ambulances should have more. bring planes back, make a place on the map like mountains or somthing where it snows but everywhere else is summer time. When a vehicle is driving on the rims the rims should start to fall apart or somthing. Better places to park cars instead of the street. Vehicle throtle response should be more touchy. Radio station that plays all 80's rock. Have more to do in safe houses like parties ect. A map thats not all city, farm fields and moutains. Be able to go inside the airport terminal and fly to different cities i dont care if it takes a while to load. Some vehicles with an option to manualy shift. Snomobiles. :)

Let us return to find that Tommy Vercetti has built up a small empire in the city, with his finger in every little money making pie. He has all the right people paid up, so his character has changed to that of an arrogant untouchable. * A lot of new things should be added to GTA 5 like, an obtainable Skylift. I have never obtained it before but i really want to fly it. Second planes, i love flying planes in GTA SA because there was a huge variety. Also there should be Patriot Stretch's and Cavalcade Stretch's. Also trailers should be attachable to the front cab of the truck. Another great vehicle to bring back are the BMX's. I also like to ride those too. A great radio station should be on there like V-Rock with 80's rock and metal. It could also be set in Vice City so you could bring back V-Rock. And i would like to see a new Vice City. Or it could be placed in Chicago,Illinois but be called somthing else because i would like to see it snow since it doesn't in GTA IV. And no rhinos though because it would be to insane, no jetpack no flying cars no cars fly away and no flying boats. Oh and return Love Fist! It would be cool to have a lot of missions because I play these games a lot and beat them right away so I'd like to have a lot of missions. I liked the characters from San Andreas because it was a wide variety. It would be neat to have characters that are FBI Agents and Drug Dealers and pimps and lawyers and hippies and nerds and gang members. Also get more into the characters lives. And one thing that would be cool: early on in the game you have a descision to make, and there are 3 choices, one that will make you an outlaw, one a hero, and one you go on living as you were (my thoughts were you either kill a famous guy, kill your friends so they can't kill him, or let your friends kill the guy and you go on living a life while they get arrested). If you were an outlaw you keep getting betrayed and have to live running from the law and you have to become popular with the public (like towards the end of Bully). If you chose the hero path you lived rich and your old friends and others tried to kill you. If you kept going you would be someone that was in a gang. That way there would be 3 different stories all in one! It would be cool. Make it take place in modern times. If you were a outlaw make there be a mission where a gang wants you to prove yourself to them and you have to kill the mayor. If you were a hero there was a mission where your plane gets highjacked and you have to kill everyone onboard and land the plane (although that might be too close to the 9/11 attack). If you kept living the normal life you would have to let the enemy gang kidnap you, then while you were in the place you would break out and destroy the place. Make the cop cars black and white like in GTA 3. Return the muscle, stamina, sex appeal, lung capacity, weapon skill, and respect/media attention/acceptance (respect for living the normal gang life, media attention for being famous, acceptence, which means how much the public trusts you, for being an outlaw). Make stores available to rob. Make toll booths. Make Ammu-Nation return. Hopefully it is a state so if there are people that don't like the city they can relax in the countryside. But don't put it in San Andreas: make San Andreas a place you can visit after completeing a certain mission. Make trains and planes return, put music that people actually know and listen to back on the radio, and make the place bigger. Also make the reasons you can't visit certain areas of the game for realistic. Like the riots in Liberty City Stories or the explosion in the beginning of GTA 3. Unlike the other games, don't make the area surrounded by water: make something realistic. But mostly, make it for PS2!

NYC just doesn't gives us pleasure to explore...
* Bring back all the features on San Andreas like robing houses, all the character customization, the driving licenses, the skills (driving skills, gun skills), gambling, the bicycles, basketball, the gym, etc. GTA 4 looks like a downgrade... sad but true.
* Why don't you use The Warriors' fighting style in the next GTA? It is so perfect and funny... oh, and the car stealing, and stores... just use the best of your games. Make the next GTA funny to play and a memorable masterpiece.
* You should play Scarface The Game and pick up some ideas like the drug dealing which is so funny to play in that game, and the mansion "pimping", the car buying, etc. Scarface is a great game because it gives value to the money we earn in the missions, unlike the GTA's where we have nothing to spend in our millions. Weapons? Clothes? Food? We will not get to spend 1 million in food ... why not put expensive cars for sale, or houses like gigantic Diaz's mansion or the Madd Dog's, or even bigger. Houses that are worth spending all the money we have at the end of the game. And make it available to buy furniture.

There are a lot of things to work out, but you wouldn't have "casters" and "healers" at least not in the traditional mmo experience. Buying clubs being a pimp, a drug runner, a human trafficer, a narc or even a cop, an assainan/hitman, bank robber, and even a terrorest are all possible jobs for the player. And it should be several Rock stations, one with classic rock like Touch too Much with AC/DC or Holy Diver with Dio (R.I.P). The next should contain songs like The God that failed with Metallica or Facing Hell with Ozzy Osbourne. The last should be more modern Metal, Like Undead with Hollywood Undead Die MF Die with Dope.
And i think the more "realistic" engine R* used in IV should remain, with cheats that can make the game more unrealistic (Like the flying cars or the spawned UFO from SR2.
KEEP THE DRIVING ENGINE! I couldn't handle the cars in the GTA III era but in IV the driving is great! But make better suspensions on the SUV:s the Patriot tips over all the time.
And for heavens sake make the NPC:s stop changing files on motroways, i was driving my (Unique) Infernus and Motherf*cking Garbage truck rammed me and i was pushed off the bridge into the water! And make them stop try to drive around you when you stop for red light! (Don't make them run into your back either)
And the last thing make roads on the countryside loooooooooong. it should take at least 15-20 minutes to go on a straight road from the carraways to Liberty City! And make HUGE forests.

And being able to play bowling,pool, etc. and going to strip club with your multiplayer friends, just like ingame friends of the protagonist. And for god's sake, don't make only specific vehicles spawn in multiplayer, and don't make them spawn in waves. Make cars spawn just like in single player, where it's much more realistic, like luxury cars spawning in luxury areas of the city and all kinds of vehicles can be found throughout the city. Optionally you can make all kinds of vehicles spawn all around the city randomly, like a [[Double T Custom]] spawning at airport or a [[Super Drop Diamond]] spawning at [[Acter Industrial Park]]. Also R* should try being more creative and add different game modes. Also R* should let the players create clans and join them. Joining a clan is possible in gta4 but people have to create other accounts and start multiplayer all over again. Also R* should let the clans fight and rank them overally, just like ranking the players in gta4. They could even make a clan championship ( optionally a league ) every month and have clans fight against each other, and at the end we could have a champion clan. The champion clan could receive ingame prizes, such as a unique multiplayer outfit, or a special vehicle spawning in front of player's safehouse in single player. i want there to be animals ,bring back the military and jets but have them outside the city limits. like the mountains, or desert.the fbi should have there own headquaters and more vehicles, make sure that when you do a crime and are trying to hide, have the police set a perimeter up just so they can find you. if yo shoot some on make it more realistic, like blood lots of it, see the wound, and even hole in the body parts thats been struck with the fire arm, or where you been stabbed.if you killed some just dont make the body desapir , put white sheets over the body and when the medical examiner show up have them put the victim,or victims in a body bag then take them to the mourge. crime scene tapes, with police or sheriff, who ever show up first should be at the scene. also have detectives who investigate crime scene and build cases, take picture of the crime, scene interview witness, and try and get information untill a tip comes up so you can actuallybuild your case , go to court and have your suspect charged with the crime they have committed.Rather then car buglaries, rob more coviniete stores, and what ever buisnesses you feel like robbing,make sure the gangs committ real violent crimes so they can get noticed, like drive bye in the enemy turf, crackin bottles over your enemy at the club, stabbing and shootin, stealing drugs, pimping. if you walk in alleys you can see the homeles shootin up and using drugs, prostitutes doing stuff to the jons, and as an officer you can flash your flash light and catch em in the act, ask for there name run em and if there clean let them go, if not take them to jail and actually walk them inside the jail to get booked, inside the police station or county jail.Make sure there is a gang unit always on patrol to help with the violent problems, you can do warrant searches etc, if you are at the airport you can get to fly and make it realistic you can go to miami, vegas , or somewhere new in europe resembling, france,germany and, london.
